Some examples I've... errr, my friend has acquired (from left to right);

• "Made for Trader Vics" with Japan sticker
• "Trader Vic USA" (1966, maker unknown)
• Unfired dull glaze cup, Unknown maker in the DW style.
• "Desert Ceramics USA" with no other markings on the sides (i.e. not their Don the Beachcomber version)
• "Buzz's Original Steak House" (maker unknown)
• ... and what are probably some hobbyist coconuts.
