With the four-year anniversary of the October 2020 closing looming, all hands are on deck at the historic South Florida restaurant to meet the mandate of a fall reopening. An immense amount of work was completed last month, including the hiring of staff and beginning of training inside the newly built kitchen and back-of-house bars. |
