I am so chuffed to see that a post I made 21 years ago, and that garnered no replies at the time, has now blossomed into a lively discussion. Lots of great scans and photos too. There is so much more info readily at hand than there was in '03. Awesome to see the encyclopedia that is TC still being added to.
