hang10tiki thank you. It was another challenge that I enjoyed. I already have my next wish challenge to start on.

Part One

Michael Stegemann had a desire so strong for a Munktiki mug that he bought one that was broken bases on the fact I would help him out and repair it. Here's how it went.

It arrived. I assessed the damage to each antler and found a small chip at the base. I sprayed water on the areas needing putty to slow down the drying process. Elmer's wood filler is the best product for repairing ceramics. Michael Steggemann Repair (11)Michael Steggemann Repair (12)Michael Steggemann Repair (14)

I used fine grain sandpaper, a label scrapper and a diamond file. The excess glue from the repair needed heavy duty sanding to get it flat. If you glue always wipe off the excess. Michael Steggemann Repair (15)Michael Steggemann Repair (17)Michael Steggemann Repair (19)
