Tiki Lin Jaguar(?) mug - unauthorized repro, or original? - Collecting Tiki

Looks like it's often in Amazon "party packages" of cheap Tikis as well, which makes sense for Linall Brands. There's a pretty obvious cat head below the upper head which has a crest (feathers?), which makes me think of South American themed mugs with jaguars and feathered head dresses.
