Nice work. I’m 2/3 of the way through a found lamp conversion myself. I’m in the “it’s never as simple as you think” phase of the project.

My bar is mostly LED and mostly color-changing Philips Hue. I often pull out my phone and dial one light back 5% while I’m out there with friends. The only incandescent is a string of warm white Christmas bulbs with cool shades around them (top right). They’ve lasted outside much longer than expected.
