I found some good color photo of the mural behind the bar Bugambilias Lounge which is now called the Andeluz Bar? They were earlier in this thread. Even though the man in the mural is referred to as Bacchus, he is Silenus, the drunk, fat companion of Bacchus, depicted frequently on a donkey. I could find no information on who painted one behind the bar.

That mural looks different than the other seven murals inside the casino area of the hotel, which were painted by Mexican artist Alfredo Ramos Martínez. There is a Bacchus looking one there, too. I would love to get to Ensenada and have a margarita at the bar.
