A while back I posted to a locating tiki forum thread for the Canoe House in the Ilikai Hotel in Honolulu. Well, they are now accounted for. Evidently, they are Latour Hawaii designs, as seen in these screenshots of an eBay sale that went to some lucky collector (unfortunately, not me) for a steal:

Another crypto mystery solved.
