Yes, I imagine a Dominican cigar has pretty much caught up to Cuba by now. Canada has much less selection in the food and drink world than the US—I know this because I am of both countries. West Coast seafood, Cuban cigars, and perhaps rum if my theory holds water—Canada might be competitive in these brackets.
