Jurka I don't know if it's available in your area but I used a polymer modified mortar mix and chicken wire to coat that Moai. It's a cement product with cross linking polymers inside to make it stronger so it can be thinner. First coat I put on by hand just thick enough to almost cover the wire (1/4 inch?/6 mm?) Then blew on the second coat with drywall hopper to finish covering the wire and add texture (maybe another 1/4 inch)
