GailEnVoyage Welcome! Boy how I wish I lived near you. It would be amazing to start and Exotica band in New Zealand. Alas I'm in the US. There is sheet music out there Les Baxter. But outside of classic Hawaiian tunes, there isn't anything else I've come across in the way of serious Exotica sheet music. If you get a good piano player with a good ear, they can transcribe stuff for you.
