That's me chiming in, in the background. Just to reiterate, the giant Ku in the A-Frame was NOT carved by Leroy Schmaltz, in fact it's not even wood! It's construction foam and it was carved by a local artist or contractor. It was erroneously attributed to Leroy in a recent book. This should give you a better understanding of the reasoning behind the Wong family's decision. We did our best to convince Bobby to go full on Tiki in the new restaurant.
