I figured I'd add that to this thread. San Francisco Call, 10/13/1951 Hard to know how Tropical the interior was.. but they did have a Hawaiian Band. Radio Station KSJO also broadcast from there on Friday nights. Peninsula Times, 10/26/1951 As mentioned earlier on this thread, the place burned down after being on the market for several months.
