So this house for sale has what I think would make the perfect spot for a big tiki bar. I'm hoping someone buys it before it ends up in a flipper or similar hands and it's all white paint, gray floors etc. From the lava rock fireplace to the dark beams and flagstone walls, seems like it has more to work with to create a tiki space than most. There's also a small kitchenette type area off to one side with a small cooktop and mini fridge space. .
