Any ideas what this is or who made it? It's definitely vintage. In a vain hope that it might be Oceanic Arts, I scoured my OA books but didn't see anything that matched. A google image search didn't yield much either. As you can see, I did remove it from the backing board in case there was a label on the back and there wasn't. Appreciate your thoughts or any info you might have.
