The home at that location was sold and appears razed in 2024, city plans show the lot to be split into four lots with a new little street on the south end for access. Property card says 1936 and the fruit groves described in the article are still present. I believe ZuluMagoo was correct, it's likely had some renovations and add-ons but what a great pad!
