I mixed paint for inside and outside the mug. Inside the mug needed finger paints to cover the wood putty. another trick is to paint most of the mug so that it all matches. I did the brown edged and then toned them down with yellow paint. I took photos and then remembered the pipe and did one with it. Lots of steps but now it's on the way back to Jefferey Kon-Tiki.
