As of that time, the Soviet-modernist stadium was being restored and the outdoor areas seen in the very first photo of this thread were all boarded up behind construction barriers. It seems that they're completely redeveloping the food/beverage areas of the stadium. Can't say definitively, but the chances that any vestiges of this place will survive the redevelopment seem fairly slim. Also, Gornaya Street has been renamed Kerey-Zhanibek Khandar Street.
