Here are David's recipes - written at the table as he dictated them.

Puka Punch
1 oz Sour Lemon
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Orange Curacao
3/4 oz 151 Rum
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Grenadine
Crushed ice in a shaker

Zombie
1 oz Sour Lemon
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Orange Curacao
1 oz 151 Rum
