The latest has a real air of malevolence about him. That you can get such character from carving is quite extraordinary. I was reading about how the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford had removed a couple of preserved tattoed Maori heads from display, and it struck me that it would be really interesting to compare your carvings with the preserved heads as the carvings are so life-like. Perhaps pictures of them exist somewhere on the net. Anyway, great stuff! Trader Woody
