Thanks, Ben and Kanaka. Actually, I'm not a Grateful Dead fan. It started out as a "hot rod" style tribal skull with pinstriping, and I stuck a kind of romanesque frame around him (in honor of some of the old Detroit architecture). It does sort of hint at the Grateful Dead (unintentionally) now that it's finished, though. |
