I visited Alesmith last Friday for their Friday Special & got myself a growler of their IPA. The ale's amber to red with a white, rocky head. It's in the American Pale Ale style so Hops predominate the nose & back of the beer, but there's malt in the middle, maybe Crystal or Caramel Malt? It's definately better than what Alesmith used to brew when they 1st started.

I was tempted to get a bottle of their Speedway Stout, too, but @ $10 for a 750 ml bottle I passed. It's in a league of it's own: Coffee Imperial Stout, @ 12% ABV & a cup of coffee per bottle it's the Speedball of beers!
