2 tbsp. oil
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 tsp. mixed herbs or oregano
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. sweet soya sauce
1 lg. can pineapple, diced
1/2 cup water or chicken broth
2 bananas, sliced

Combine liquid ingredients in a large bowl.

Add chicken, pineapple, and banana.

Let chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
