I went to walmart and bought glass/tile drill bits. they worked out perfectly. i then sanded the bottle, primer, fleck stone, and then black textured rustoleum. it turned out bad ass. i bought some raffia like twine and used that to cover the bottle neck. i also used a 7 inch harp. now i just need to find a cool lampshade. i am lloking for something bamboo or rattan. thanks for the great idea to turn this simple bottle into something so cool.
