If tanuki can be tiki, why couldn't cats be tiki? (Of course, a tanuki with gigantic testicles, an empty wine bottle, an umbrella to shade himself with, and a book of IOUs instead of money is probably a little closer to the final I in the tiki continuum than a Maneki-neko teapot, for example.) |
