Well, fans of cheesy 60's strip tease music will enjoy it and I think that basically includes most exotica fans, correct? So anyway, since I actually groove to some of the cheesy tracks on "Orgy of the Dead," I picked up the soundtrack. Indian chants, raunchy horns! Creepy cheeseball jazz! And Criswell! First rate! Jaime Mendoza-Nava is the composer... and looking at IMDB, what a long and varied career he's had (From The Mousketeers to Ed Wood's bad porno to the incredible A Boy and His Dog). I would actually like to explore his other stuff. Are any of you familiar with any of his other works? Can you recommend any? Steer me in the direction of some similarly exotic recordings?
