E.g., for Tropics Modesto I'd answer 1 (well, okay, 2, I've seen worse!), "no", and "outside 10, inside 0". for those questions... Just a note for those who care: last time I checked, the Tropics Indio still had its wonderful vintage neon sign. sigh
