The restaurant/hotel industry has been my career for over twentyfive years.I can't imagine doing anything else,but Rattiki is absolutely,100% correct-it is a hard,hard business.Very gratifying,but running a place is like having a newborn baby 24/7.Just be prepared to work your tail off-and keep eyes at the back of your head. |
