I have an old set of 1960's patio lights from my family that are falling apart, but are far too cool to let go (and they no longer make the design). My first thought was to just buy a new cord, but I can't seem to find the correct size & style. I'm looking for size C7, 2ft spacing between lamps, 7 lamps per string, linkable. Seeing as how that's what most novelty lights are, I thought I'd find 'em no problem, but not even Cheezylights.com has the correct "blanks" (they only have 1ft. spacing) I'd make my own if I could find the parts. Any ideas?

I suppose I could just buy the Tiki or Bamboo patio lights and just switch out the covers, but it seems like a waste.
