Someone posted the great Tikibar covershot of her "Everybody's Talkin Bout Miss Thing" cd. The Theater On High Street (45 High Street-Moorpark-805-497-8606). Moorpark is between Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley. Saw guitar hotshot Rick Holmstrom (Rod Piazza & The Mighty Flyers) with his mix of blues & hip hop there last year. The oldest theater in Ventura County (Older than the 1920s Ventura Theater). Still has theater seats, but they have shelves on the backs of the seats to set your cocktails on. Totally renovated.....the sound was great, only has about 25 rows of seats.
