That's why -- she says -- she asked him to design and manage her restaraunt in Jensen Beach, Fla. I don't know if this means he was an architect, interior designer,mixologist or chef. Maybe all of the above. Also, I hope this doesn't start another Don Beach/Trader Vic Mai-Tai controversy.
