New to Tiki Central - General Tiki

As for Tikiness in this area: Well, there's the Brucemore in Cedar Rapids (museum only, no more bar). There was a short-lived "Tiki" smoothie bar chain in the Coral Ridge Mall called "Maui Wowi" which served smoothies in plastic Tiki mugs (I have a couple -- visit mauiwowi.com). I emailed James Teitelbaum about it with the link to their web site. He said something to the effect that he doubted it would replace the "Kahiki". He was right. Other than that, I'm afraid Iowa has never been much in the way of Tiki. Most of the farmers down where I live would probably think they're totem poles.
