I just noticed that if I do open on July 8, 2004 it will be my one year anniversary as a member of Tiki Central. Is it possible that this is a devine cosmic eclipse or just a coincidence. Either way its pretty cool. Most of my inspiration (besided my own childhood California/Hawaiian memories) for this restaurant have come during this year thanks to TC and it's 'ohana. This project has definately been blessed by the tiki gods (thanks Sven).
