Here's an interesting Tiki my wife found today at a thrift store: A china Tiki whisky decanter commemorating the 1974 Hawaiian Open Golf Tournament. Note the forehead insert: Crossed golf clubs behind a purple pineapple. On the bottom of the base is the text: CREATION OF JAMES B. BEAM DISTILLING CO., KY-PRB-230, GENUINE REGAL CHINA 1973, C.MILLER, REGAL CHINA CORPORATION, 145, LIQUOR BOTTLE, DHN

The back of the tiki is engraved "United Air Lines".

This is why I always try to get my wife into the thrift shops -- she has a very good eye.
