Actually, I guess it would be hard to form your mouth into a figure 8 shape. And you probably wouldn't look like a tiki, just a crazy person squatting and grimacing. But maybe people would get it if you stuck an umbrella and a giant piece of fruit in your head. No, on second thought I guess you'd look even crazier.
