I 've been diggin' polynesian pop and oceanic art since I can remember but I have full embraced my passion for it only for a few years (finally pushing art school teachings of pop is bad outta my head) I am definitely more comfortable with a brush, but recently I picked up a chisel and mallet and began carving. I will post my experiments soon, but here a few paintings, please let me know what you think. Would love to see you do a John Lee Hooker or SRV piece to go with your blues series. Would like to get one of your tiki pieces as much as you want to be in Juxtapoz, I loved Tiki2. Keep doing your style very fresh and orginal.
