Trade show display with 8' tiki - General Tiki

T tikijackalope Tiki Socialite KS/MO Joined: Oct 23, 2003 Posts: 835	T tikijackalope Posted posted on Sun, Nov 28, 2004 2:32 AM I ran across this just now while surfing the net: http://www.interpexhibits.com/IE-NAI_thumb.shtml Its a page from the website of an Oregon company called Interpretive Exhibits which recounts their exhibit in a 2003 Reno trade show at which they "interpreted the 'Polynesian Pop Culture of the Fifties' by setting up a retro 'Tiki Lounge' complete with an 8-foot fiberglass tiki head, a custom fiberglass solar-powered audio post, a bamboo tiki bar and faux shipping crates." I'm away from my BoT at the moment, But I think I've seen a pic similar to that moai/fireplace. Danny Balsz' The Tikis, maybe?...or was it Tiki Gardens?
