Megan's law for tikis?

Beware of Tiki molesters hanging out in front of tiki bars, just waiting, and LURKING, for a unsuspecting young woodie. These people are predators. It just seems that the splinters in there private parts would stop repeat offenses..... But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WE need convicts to register as Tiki molesters. THEY'RE OUT THERE!!!!

Hmmm...I'm gonna stay away from this one. Just not digging the whole "wacky child molester hijinx" thing for some reason. :(
