Vote now for King of Crackers

What cracker should be King?

My vote: Saltines or Chicken in a Biscuit (still deciding)

(I thought I'd start this lame-ass thread because I too have recently purchased a trucker hat and wear it sideways...)

A

Has a "Definition" of cracker been decided upon? My choice would be the "Cheez-It", but I wan't sure if it was too small to be considered for such a lofty title!

B

Well I think the "Florida" cracker is best by far..

I admire the Shapies box for style, but would probly vote for HiHo's with a festive crown of easy cheese (hicory)for King.

Bong you'll always be the "King of Crackers" to me :D

Pedestrian as it may be, I just gotta go with an old favorite.

Ritz!

When I went to college and moved to West Philadelphia, some black chicks called me a cracker at the Wawa, sadly (or not?) I had no idea what that meant. I assumed it wasn't nice.

I love Cheez-its (chee-zits?) but I'm a fan of the Carrs, just a tad bit classier. If you're having good cheese, it really lets the cheese goodness through!

You are what you eat!

"I had a box of Ritz crackers and on the back of the box of Ritz crackers it had all these suggestions as to what to put on top of the Ritz. It said 'Try it with turkey and cheese.' 'Try it with peanut butter.' Oh, c'mon man, they're crackers. That's why I got 'em — I like crackers. There ain't no suggestion: 'Put a Ritz on top of a Ritz.' I didn't buy 'em 'cuz they're little edible plates."

That being quoted... I'm with Woody - Carr's gets my vote.

I think the term "Cracker" was originally a term of endearment that one Ulster Presbyterian would use for another.

Slaves of those people picked up on the term but over the years it's evolved.

The first time I heard the term, I was quite perplexed.

They call me Tater Salad.

And I am partial to Nut Thins Almond Crackers.
