Built in the 1960's I believe. The community building, or clubhouse, which faces Maple/235th street is the remarkable Tiki-esk building, complete w/ elaborate A-line overhang and mosaic tiles. Quite impressive.

Definitely an impressive GIGANTIC Polynesian A-Frame. All the buildings in the complex are Polynesian styled as well, just not as extreme. I wonder what the complex was originally called back in the day? Doctor Z and I have found many good estate sales there. Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this one, Sumu. I don't think many people know about New Horizons. It's stayed a hidden tiki spot because of its current name and the fact that you have to go off the main streets to see it. Now people know. Cool!
