Once I find a good block, then I have the whole 4:11 3 speed transmission to contend with and whether or not I should put a T-5 or something else in it...AND if I can do that before the end of September.

RT, that was exactly what I was looking for. Those guys are pretty helpful.
I'm actually going today to pick up two engines - one way south of Dayton, the other way north.
Out of the two, I'm hoping that at least one will be rebuildable.
