Tedeschi Vineyards + drink idea - Tiki Drinks and Food

It's pineapple wine with passion fruit flavor. It's...well...not so great. Tastes like pineapple Boone's. But...I did come up with an interesting drink for it. Try this: 1 1/2 oz Maui Splash! pineapple wine 3/4 oz white rum 1/2 oz sweet vermouth 1/2 oz Barenjaeger juice of 1/2 lime shake all ingredients and strain into cocktail glass. Unnamed at this time, though we're thinking about calling it the Sabado Gigante! since we came up with it on a real rockin' Saturday night at home. But that's not very tiki. Try it- it's good. Should we have a database on this site of drinks created by our members? I bet it would be cool. -martin
