Tedeschi Vineyards + drink idea

I just bought a bottle of this Maui Splash! stuff at Cost Plus the other night.

Anyone ever had this? It's pineapple wine with passion fruit flavor. It's...well...not so great. Tastes like pineapple Boone's. But...I did come up with an interesting drink for it. Try this:

1 1/2 oz Maui Splash! pineapple wine
3/4 oz white rum
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Barenjaeger
juice of 1/2 lime

shake all ingredients and strain into cocktail glass.

Unnamed at this time, though we're thinking about calling it the Sabado Gigante! since we came up with it on a real rockin' Saturday night at home. But that's not very tiki. Try it- it's good.

Should we have a database on this site of drinks created by our members? I bet it would be cool.
