We call this home Hale Mala which means Garden House in Hawaiian. This home is special. It has an original "Youngstown Kitchen" (original hip collectible metal kitchen cabinets built from the late 1940s through the 1960s). And the reason why we call it the Garden "tiki" house is because it features the original 1960s tiki print backsplash in the bathtub! Out back there is a Lava Rock Firepit! It's a really special house and we'd love to see it occupyed by our Tiki Central ohana. We'd consider a rent reduction for T.C. friends or will give a thank you finder's fee to anyone who helps us find the right tenants for the place. Location Details Home was built in in 1963 Washer/Dryer Water Bill INCLUDED Small pets allowed with additional security deposit Asking 1200 month plus one month security deposit

Wadda ya know! I have the original ad for that shower mural somewhere, I'll be home in a week and will dig it up for you. It's from some company called "Marlite" or so, one of those cool company names. The photo does not show the Tiki that well, post a close up! |

Well, consider this merely exploring an option, not necessarily a fully blown serious inquiry. Would you consider a month to month lease, particularly short term, a month, two, or three and does it come furnished? It looks just amazing! |

with the general public - it's one set of rules, but with T.C. ohana it's another, so yes, many things are possible. just an fyi, right now the house is minimally furnished with only a single daybed/couch for sleeping. but we could arrange a few more pieces of furniture to make it more livible? just not beds right now :( please shoot us a PM with contact info. |

There is no garage. We have actually found that almost every Modern House house in Las Vegas built prior to the late 1960s has only a carport (although many have been converted into garages since then). But to answer your question, there is a smaller exterior 'garage-like' storage attached to a single car carport however. we bought from the original owners who raised a family in this house over a period of 40+ years and believe it or not did absolutely nothing to the back yard. it was dirt/sand from one end of the yard to another. Since we have had the place, we planted a perimeter of jasmine - which will eventually be a fragrant hedge. We have also planted several palms (fan, date and mediterranean). We built the lava rock firepit with small palm log seats around it and built a kinda rustic looking back patio pad.
