It has been pointed out that I am not a big fan of sour (tart) drinks. I like more on the sweet side and more on the balanced side. I am having a luau and want to serve a couple or three drinks to the guests and get a variety of flavors. My first thought on the tart tip is the Scorpion Bowl. But I want to hear from the knowledgable fans on the tart side, what their favorite recipes are that are heavier on the citric acid. What "sour" recipe do I serve next to a "Painkiller" for a different flavor? |

That Cyro's Special (I think that's the name) that is in Intoxica I believe... Quite tart. And of course you'd have to like creme de cassis. Some people do not. Ahu |

Get smallish chimney glass. Fill halfway with ice. Cover with Campari. Squeeze in one lemon slice's worth of juice, drop in lemon. You want tart, baby? This is very tart. |
