Jamie's interpretation for the complimentary mug, of Dr. Alderete's Moai, is fantastic! Great colouring too! Bright orange inside an a vivid 'Mexican Lime' exterior (it's a sea green hue). You may not have been to the LUAU but you can pretend you did by adding this mug to your collection, ha, ha! Seriously this is a cool mug, I'm looking forward to seeing the 'paint your own' versions that were done by tiki folk at the Marketplace on the Sunday. Think I might just pick-up a few more, for special guests at Tiki Towers! So, if you visit and get served a drink in something else...Remember...you ain't THAT special! I'm wearing my LONDON LUAU t-shirt as I type this...and YES!...It has been taken off and washed since last weekend!! I took it off yesterday afternoon! Trader Jim - Make mine a Mai-Tai in my very own LONDON LUAU 2007 Moai mug!! |

If you don't have the dates already for the 2008 event, please try to coordonate with the Hukilau. I think the hukilau's dates are already fixed...and it looks like it's gonna be the exact same week end as the luau, wich would be too bad, especially for americans who more and more wants to come to London (especially after the publicity we did at hukilau). |

From the Hukilau thread:
We would love to do both events next year and already working out how to save for it... :drink: Liz & Chris |
