Most of Jeff Berry's books include graphics of this cocktail glass:

In many years of glassware scrounging, I have never laid eyes on this glass. Does anyone have one? What are they called?

Check out ooga-mooga.com and run a search on glassware. It looks like there are a couple up for sale. I'm not sure what they're called, though.

I have one in my collection although they came in several colors.

I'm not sure who made them but they were used in dozens of Tiki bars including the Mai Kai and Don the Beachcomber. This glass shows up in several tiki menus I own and was usually used to serve a drink called the skin diver or pearl diver. I'm sure some other TC'ers have more accurate info, good luck!
