The Cad --TC's new sponsor

Anyone else mystified by irony of the name "The Cad" from a site dedicated to (by its own admission) to good manners and romancing women?

(I even double-checked)

Cad: an ill-bred man, esp. one who behaves in a dishonorable or irresponsible way toward women. I think the word they wanted was 'gentleman'.

I love a good Cad!!! Not especially keepers...but fun. :)

No.. the dictionary has it wrong... and gentlemen are so boring. We want to be gentlemen but Cad just fits in better.

Other than that... how do you like the site?
And for when you spot problems... We're working on it.

I have to admit, the choice of naming it "The Cad" is a bit unusual. I'm attracted to it as much as I would be to a website named "The Buffoon". However, I guess with enough of this type of 'Orwellian speak', it could change perceptions. Other than that, it looks great.

the Cad is a pretty boss spot to learn some tricks from the trixters themselves

They are very romantic and have good manners sometimes.
