Trader Tom & Ilene's New Baby!!!

Joseph Alan Morgan was born Wednesday at Cedars Sinai in Beverly Hills. He weighs in at 8 pounds and 2 ounces. Here's a pic:

Ilene's doing well, but they're keeping her at the hospital a couple more days. I should be able to bring her and little Joe home by the end of this weekend. Then, I can put him in his crib surrounded by tiki art and decorations. Better pics to follow! :)

Now THAT'S a baby!!! Congratulations! I hear they have Mai-Tai flavored pacifiers now.....Hmmmm.......

Here's some shots of some of the stuff in the nursery area that I added to tikify things.

This shot is of the IKEA seahorse light above the crib, a fish mobile that projects onto the ceiling as well, the rail of the crib and part of the "Aloha Quilt" crib bumper wrap from Pottery Barn for Kids. There's a bamboo backdrop on the wall in back. John Corbid (Dibroc) helped me put the crib together.

Mom & Joe look fantastic!!! when I called & spoke with Ilene Sunday she said Tom was busy holding Joe :) .... hope to see those pic's too?
I love the room & the art is great! Ken's alphabet is tops! I find myself searching all stores in hopes of finding baby tiki stuff, wow it's hard to find, it's cool you guys found so many tiki items from onesies to tiki art. Congrats again & enjoy every second, the next 20 years will go bye so quickly!
