hey good job on the tattoo artist job for so long. youve really stuck with it there. but i think the "would love to carve YOU" part spooks me a little bit. haha jokes |

Thanks for posting the pics. Those are cool designs. They give me more ideas to think about when I get around to the next bit of ink. |

great work!! i've got a lot of tattoos, but no tiki ones yet.....but i still have another arm to sleeve, so they will get worked in there somewhere. i love that they're all custom pieces.....it makes the owner of it so much happier knowing it's the only one out there like that.....not some flash off the wall that hundreds of people have. looking foward to seeing more of your work. i may have to come by the shop next time we're in san diego. |

Ha! Beware of the tattoo artist that says they don't hurt! :) I know I'd bleed, I always bleed. Hey, it's part of the fun, right? Here's my last tattoo and first tiki piece This was done by Cory at Lucky 7 in King's Beach, CA (Tahoe). He did a great job, but the moai is a little funky and a lot of people see it as a dog. Let me ask you this: do you consider yourself a tiki specialist? If you are, I would definitely come down to San Diego to have you "carve" me :) I want to do a big tiki piece on my calf but I'd like to get it done by someone that knows and loves tiki so they can help me make sure it's right, and also help me plan out the rest of the space there so I can eventually end up with a wrap around tropical piece there. Your work looks great, love to see more! |

Wow... the skateboarder kicks ass! Reminds me of Stacy Peralta, but with black hair. You do really nice work... both paint and ink! |

Tiki Central is a worldwide community, lots of people who are interested in getting a tatt of a tiki may just not live in your area, plus they may still be undecided in terms of design & placement. |

I had a tattoo done at Avalon last summer. You guys do great work! It was my first one and I was actually surprised at how little it hurt. I got a chrome Mustang on the outside of my right ankle. Marty did it for me at the Pacific Beach location. I am thinking about eventually getting some colorful flowers around my wrist. Hibiscus, etc. Still in the thinking process on that one  |

Ok so I know you have said you are not tattooing AT oasis but have you considered it?... it would be some great exposure and may just convince more people to get tiki tattoos, also people can see your work and get your shop details.... maybe before the mai tais start flowing... I would be keen for some new work at oasis... just a thought.. |

sounds cool, but.... there are lots of children, drinks, and the health department probably wouldnt be too happy. plus lots of people swim and just party hard, and tattoos seem to not enjoy this party. i do though. plus i have a booth(the finkniks) and am playing, so ill already be busy enough honestly. |

Nice work. Tattoo ideas is the reason I stumbled upon this website in the first place today. I want to do a half sleeve wrist-elbow in a tiki/deco theme. If I wasn't halfway across the country I would come in and chat with you. |

We'll see. I gotta see what kinda vacations I plan on taking this year. I want to go to So. Cal pretty bad. I've only been to Cali once, to LA and I really didn't care for it. I want a better Cali experience, one that makes me not hate the state. |

i honestly dont think that oasis would be the best place to be doing tattoos . first of all there is the drinks! we all have to get them! plus there is swimming, oh yeah did i mention the drinks? you catch my drift. then the city would probably want to be involved. geeze, im sure otto has enough on his plate. but i work that thurs, and the following monday! great idea, but to sketchy im afraid. |
